The PAA provides clerical support to all areas of the Assertive Community Treatment Team as assigned. This includes staffing, scheduling, payroll, registering patients in QuadraMed, telephone contact with patients to set up appointments, setting up charts, co‑ordinating patient flow, maintaining patient records, fielding phone calls and queries. In collaboration with other PAAs in the program, the role covers patient reception, registering patient visits, maintaining workload statistics, setting up, maintaining and closing patient files. The PAA also covers for other clerical staff as required during vacations, breaks and absences.
