In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to residents while ensuring adherence to AgeCare policies. Working alongside a registered nurse, you'll communicate effectively with physicians and support the health care team to fulfill residents' needs. Your position will involve guiding Personal Support Workers, taking part in shift reports, and monitoring resident health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to residents daily
• Liaise with physicians and health care professionals
• Direct Personal Support Workers in care delivery
• Participate in shift reporting for resident updates
• Follow AgeCare’s policies and procedures on unit
