Medcan is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to enhance its medical team of over 100 physicians. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and communication abilities. The position offers flexibility with Saturday shifts and weekday availability, along with potential roster practice opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care health services for Medcan patients
• Offer clinical guidance based on patient evaluations
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments
• Educate patients on preventive health care strategies
• Support patients with health and lifestyle counseling
Requirements:
• Minimum commitment of 1 day per week at Medcan
• Current registration with the CPSO in Ontario
• Valid OHIP billing number
• CCFP, CCFP (EM), or FRCPC designation required...
