Responsibilities
- Confirm appointments
- Manage geography/routing of set appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide customer service
- Manage sales team schedules
- Reduce appointment cancellations
- Reset and reschedule appointments
- Review sales results and dispute if applicable
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- Sales experience is optional; communication skills are more important
- 3+ years of call‑center experience working with US customers
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Negotiation skills
- Follow‑up skills
- Accountability
Schedule
4–5 hours per day, available Monday through Sunday, for a minimum of 25–30 hours per week.
Pay
US$6.50 per hour plus bonuses.
