We are seeking outstanding students with a strong interest in Private Equity, eager to begin their legal career with Kirkland & Ellis in Paris. Fluency in both French and English is essential. At Kirkland's Paris office, we advise leading French and international clients across a broad range of transactions, including Private Equity, M&A, Debt Finance, Investment Funds, and Tax.

This internship offers students valuable exposure to Kirkland's renowned Private Equity practice, providing hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and opportunities to engage with real-world deal work.
