Responsibilities:

• Manage casework throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and post-trial procedures.

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence, adhering to federal and state court guidelines.

• Organize and oversee document production, review, and indexing in both electronic and physical formats.
