Job Description:

Position: Palliative Care LPN

Shift: 6pm-6am

Status: Full-Time

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our distinct palliative care unit Reflections at Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire, you will provide dignified, compassionate care for our patients and their family. The care team's goal is to manage symptoms, reduce pain, provide support, and ultimately improve quality of life. With a focus on caring, not curing, our end-of-life care treats the person rather than the disease.

Specifically, as a LPN you will:

+ Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration

+ Observe and manage acute changes in condition

+ Provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment

Required Qualifications:

+ LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing

+ Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse
