KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Performs industrial/commercial type painting to structures, furnishings, wall surfaces, equipment, and roads by using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayer.
+ May hang and finish drywall and wallpaper.
+ Prepares surfaces before beginning any project.
+ Moves/protects furnishings and floor coverings prior to painting areas and posts wet signs where needed.
+ Mixes and matches paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.
+ Must follow all safeguards, rules, and regulations as mandated.
+ Cleans and maintains painting tools and materials after completion of each assignment.
