The Role

We’re looking for someone to own the performance side of our client campaigns , from ad strategy to execution to optimization.

This is more than just running ads.

You’ll be connecting content, funnels, and paid media to drive real results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns across client accounts
• Test creatives, hooks, headlines, and CTAs regularly
• Monitor performance daily and make quick adjustments
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and funnels
• Set up automations using tools like GoHighLevel
• Work with our content team to ensure organic + paid strategies align.
