**Job Description**

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment to manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will handle finished goods, operate and adjust automated packaging equipment, and ensure products are properly labeled, palletized, and prepared for staging or disposal.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and finished products along the production line.
+ Hand-stack finished goods and organize boxes into consistent, stable patterns for shipping or storage.
+ Set up, change, and replace film rolls on automated packaging machinery according to production requirements.
+ Monitor packaging equipment during operation and ensure products are packaged according to specifications.
