This contractual role involves leading the football coaching programme for the 1st and 2nd teams. You will conduct training sessions twice a week and actively engage during matches on Wednesdays in term time. Partnering with the club and student leaders is essential to maintain performance standards and facilitate trial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create coaching sessions tailored for both teams
• Mentor players to maximize their potential
• Provide tactical insights during games
• Collaborate on team selection and trials management
• Develop volunteer and assistant coaching staff
Requirements:
• Must possess a minimum UEFA C License
• Current Emergency First Aid certification is necessary
