About the Role
We are looking for an Organizational Advisor to join our growing team! This is a temporary mandate for a duration of 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, validation, and implementation of change management strategies.
- Ensure the updating and evolution of project tracking tools, impact analyses, and change management analysis documents.
- Prepare change management presentations and analyses for the leadership team.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses in partnership with business analysts, product owners, and other relevant specialists for projects of medium complexity.
- Liaise with resource persons in other sectors affected by the changes.
- Collaborate with human resources, communications, and training teams regarding internal communication materials, information and engagement activities, as well as the development of training materials and post‑deployment alignment.
