Our public sector services client has an exciting requirement for an Organisation Design Analyst for a 6 month contract, based in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage end to end organisation design changes. The role will work closely with the wider HR BP & Ops teams ensuring implementation is accurate and provide relevant required reporting. Hybrid working on offer with 2 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
•Manage all organisation design changes
•Review organisation design requests
•Manage the internal system to reflect organisation design changes and required standards are adhered to.
•Prepare and distribute batch reports to key stakeholders
•Produce a monthly headcount report Sustainability.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives related to organisation design
