We are looking for an Order Management Professional to deliver exceptional customer service support in Oakville, ON. Your role will center on managing client spare parts requests and utilizing SAP.
As a Customer Service Support 2, you will take responsibility for facilitating client orders for our Steam and Compression product offerings. Effective entry and management of parts requests in SAP will be a key function, along with responding to stakeholder inquiries. You will also engage in coordinating logistics and production efforts to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, acting as a vital link between clients and our internal teams.
