As an apprentice for Order Management team, you’ll perform support in internal process & tools transactions (Oracle, MyO, EOM), documentation preparation in view of deliveries & installations, administrative interactions with global manufacturing, Region Operations departments, local sales, warehouse, logistic and finance team. You will execute standard tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Acting as an information distribution center for the department: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
