**What you will do**:
- Determine and organize the most cost-effective delivery systems in order to meet customer requirements.
- Register incoming customer orders, verifying and booking clarified orders.
- Monitor each order to guarantee that all line items are confirmed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Oversee material availability confirmation and manage the assignment of products to network activities.
- Execute outbound deliveries, ensuring they are packed and ready for transportation in alignment with order acknowledgement and/or call-off request.
- Handle invoice processing related to PO and Non-PO, preparing same for payment.
