Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Modules: Payroll, Absence, ORC, Benefits, Compensation Management
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Pay rates: $58-70/HR
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in HCM modules. This role involves both implementation and support of Oracle Applications.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand client business requirements; identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.

Design and architect integrated solutions across multiple systems and platforms.

Contribute as both an individual contributor and team leader, supporting timely and quality team deliverables.
