MAJOR FUNCTION

: Retention Specialist will be Responsible for the organization, the implementation, and oversight of instruction and performance gains. Duties include: 1) Providing Face to Face Instruction for Adult Education Students and preparation.  2) Conduct progress monitoring and provide updates regularly.  3) Assist in the evaluation process.   4) Attend team meetings and professional development opportunities. 5) Arranging and conducting all student testing. 6) Conducting outreach and engagement to identified at-risk students to determine and address their barriers and needs. 7) Test data reporting, collection, entry into Workday and SharePoint re: EFLs, LCPs / post-testing 8) Connect at-risk students with campus resources and community partners to eliminate student barriers. 9) Provide Instructor support and training for test score interpretation; track recruitment efforts to determine best pra...
