Job Description

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for the operations including training technicians in a union environment, quality control of service, Health and Safety, MTO and MOE requirements, fleet allocation, truck maintenance issues, and documenting process and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising the day-to-day activities of the operations at the Toronto plant location.
• Supervising a team of employees in a union environment and adhere to the policies and procedures.
• Work closely with all levels to develop and enforce division quality, health and safety and productivity goals while ensuring all targets are met and maintained.
