Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standardsLead and support a team responsible for maintenance, building operations, and site servicesProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team membersParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of operations staffAssist in the preparation and management of annual operating and capital budgetsCoordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance across the propertyManage relationships with contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and efficientlySupport preventative maintenance programs related to HVAC systems, energy management, environmental programs, landscaping, security, and life safety systemsMonitor building systems and operational performance to maintain efficiency and reliability
