The Operations Manager is the backbone of our office, helping our teams stay organized, connected, and moving forward together. This person will be dependable, relational, and able to bring clarity to a fast-moving ministry environment. The day begins with worship and prayer, then moves into a wide variety of responsibilities including bookkeeping, camp registrations, staff conversations, building online systems, using Shopify and QuickBooks Online, social media, and helping improve overall office operations. This role also helps explore new ideas and revenue opportunities while supporting the daily life of the ministry.
