**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across our third-party logistics (3PL) network. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence throughout the fulfillment lifecycle, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound delivery performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and experienced in managing high-volume ecommerce or retail fulfillment environments. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to improve speed, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency while maintaining strong partnerships with 3PL providers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
