The Role

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of operational performance across a commercial glazing contractor, supporting leadership in improving systems, reporting, forecasting, and cross-department coordination. The role is focused on building structure, improving visibility of project performance, and driving accountability across fabrication, project management, procurement, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall operational planning and execution across the business
• Improve reporting, KPI tracking, and operational visibility
• Support project forecasting, cost tracking, and cost-to-complete reporting
• Coordinate communication between project management, fabrication, finance, and the field team
