This is a senior management position responsible for the operational and strategic delivery of travel services and activities in Levi. Reporting directly to the Company Owner, the Operations Manager integrates human resources, fleet logistics, safety protocols, and daily service delivery to ensure strong seasonal performance.

• Location: Levi resort, Lapland.
• Working Mode: Full-time, on-site (office and field operations). Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.
