Job Summary:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for growth and profitabilityEnsure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before & after the projectForecast financial outlook for office weekly, monthly and yearlyAddress any and all problems that may arise during the course of the installationCommunicate with management and employees on all aspects in a timely mannerRecruit and retain qualified employeesGoal setting and reviews for branch employeesUnderstand and implement companies policies and proceduresReview daily safety paperwork ( New Hire Orientation, DOT, Safe work plans)
Job Requirements:
