Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead a high-volume Family Entertainment Center. This role partners closely with the General Manager to create an exceptional guest experience while maintaining strong operational standards, team engagement and a fun, safe environment for guests of all ages.

The Operations Manager is a key leader in the business, responsible for balancing guest experience, employee development, safety, cleanliness and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
