We are looking for an experienced and driven **Operations Director** to lead our Tuusula manufacturing site through its next phase of performance, transformation, and growth.

In this role, you will provide both strategic and hands-on operational leadership for a multi-disciplinary manufacturing organization. You will be accountable for driving excellence across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost, while strengthening operational resilience and enabling business growth.
A key part of the role is transforming operations through the disciplined deployment of the Envista Business System (EBS), while accelerating automation, digitalization, and AI adoption.
