Full responsibility for the company's operational activities across the development life cycleOversight of residential projects from planning and permitting through construction and delivery, including salesPlay a key role within land acquisition process.Leadership and coordination of internal teams (development, construction, commercial)Optimisation of operational processes, cost structures and project timelinesOngoing cooperation with general contractors, designers, consultants and public authoritiesBudget control and operational reporting to the Country Manager and HQIdentification and mitigation of operational and execution risksActive contribution to shaping and executing the company's growth strategyManage and develop competence of internal teams.
