About the Role:

Our Client specializes in planning and leading bespoke luxury safaris throughout Africa. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Reservations/Operations Associate to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to push forward and get things done, even when faced with challenges. We are looking for a Russian-speaking Operations Associate to join our Nairobi office. This is a full-time, office-based role with scheduled on-duty functions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients at the airport (arrivals and departures)
  
• Provide hands-on assistance to clients in Nairobi and act as their key point of contact
  
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics of client itineraries
  
• Communicate with lodges, drivers, guides, and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution
