Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Agent to support maintenance, logistics, inventory, and parts management activities within a fast-paced industrial , logistics coordination, inventory management, or maintenance support, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic * Search for parts using internal systems and catalogs
* Create, manage, and track work orders in SAP, GSI, and SES
* Create new parts within internal systems
* Launch and close inspections using operational tools
* Support billing and documentation related to work orders
* Perform administrative duties including filing and archiving
