Operational Governance Auditor at BairesDev
The Client Services Governance Auditor is responsible for reviewing post-sales client interactions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and early risk detection. You'll focus on auditing several processes such as calls, meetings, and CRM updates to identify risks, missed opportunities, and deviations from expected standards.
