Experience in Leading SLA Negotiations and project management skills to support leading post-sales transition responsibilities.
working knowledge of the major network components utilized in the network-based solutions (transport, routers, SDN, LAN, PBXs, firewalls, MPLS, ISP, IPT, BVoIP, hosting, etc
In depth knowledge of network performance reporting (Latency, Packet Delivery, Jitter, utilization, threshold alarming, capacity trend analysis, etc)
Shift Time: 8 am to 5 pm EST
