We are looking for a WWTP Shift Operator who will manage the full wastewater treatment process while supporting environmental compliance at our AGA Tepotzotlán plant. As you will be part of our operations team, you will help us ensure the proper operation of water treatment systems. These systems are located in a facility dedicated to the production of water-based paints, coatings, and waterproofing products.

You will work in rotating shifts, and as you support day-to-day plant operations, flexibility will be key to your success. You will report directly to the supervisor and will not have direct reports, but you will work closely with operators, supervisors, and multiple departments across the plant. You will be an onsite role, located in Tepotzotlan State of Mexico.
