As the Manager of IT Service Desk, you will report to the Senior Manager IT Services and oversee a team dedicated to service excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of ITSM best practices and a minimum of 8 years’ experience within IT Service Desk, including 3–5 years in a leadership position. Your focus will be on managing resources, improving service processes, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
