Online Field Applications Engineer (Embedded Products)

Renesas Electronics is seeking an Online Field Applications Engineer (Embedded Products) for mass market customers & channel partners, providing pre & post sales technical support to a geographical region and its customers, and partner with FAE and Renesas Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Support customers on popular Catalog Embedded Products (MCU/MPU/Wireless).
• Post sales: Provide personalized technical support online (email / teams) to understand customers problems & solve them with smart efficient use of resources (own knowledge & product line resources).
• Pre Sales: Work with sales teams on understanding customers' requirements (product & application or use case) to position REN products and solutions in an advantageous way.
• Support Partner FAE in distribution on enabling them win with REN products & solutions.
