The Role
As a Hiring and Onboarding Specialist you will manage operational risk, candidate experience, and vendor performance across varying hiring volumes and complex regulatory environments. Your responsibilities include executing and managing all Onboarding activities for a given geography, and managing the contractual workforce performing Onboarding activities.

- Proactively manage the customers’ needs and expectations by working directly with the client
