The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformers- Business Solutions IT Organization is seeking an Onsite Support analyst for our Blumenau, SC location in Brazil. As an OSS analyst, you will provide desk‑side IT support for all issues requiring physical intervention. You will support incident resolution by working closely with other IT teams and will act as a representative of the IT organization, serving as the primary customer‑facing contact for various IT functions.

How You´ll Make the Impact

  • IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for on-site and remote users, troubleshooting issues related to printers, mobile devices (MFA, Wi-Fi, email), shared accounts, factory PCs, network connections, and peripherals.
  • Device Provisioning and Deployment: Prepare, configure, and deliver computers and IT equipment in a ready-to-use condition.
