Aide à la gestion des associés affectés au secteur OMNI et aux processus en travaillant avec le gérant adjoint OMNI. S’assure d’un service à la clientèle de haut niveau et de l’exécution des tâches.

Ce que vous ferez

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
