The Opportunity:

We are seeking aLearning Delivery Specialistto join our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Oliver Wyman. This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization. In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses, collaborating closely with both regional and global teams. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly.
