Self-Management Responsibilities - Agree with line manager and define performance goals at the start of the year and ensure that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
- Identify the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
- Keep professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
- Be updated on bank policies and procedures, central bank regulations and recent developments.
- Offer timely resolution and satisfactory customer experience.
