We are looking for a structured and proactive colleague to take on the role of Office and Logistics Manager.
**Your role**:
In this role, you will own the operational flow from order intake to final shipment. You will ensure that customer orders are processed, produced, tested, invoiced and delivered according to confirmed timelines. Your work directly impacts delivery performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming product orders, order confirmations and delivery follow-up
- Ensuring timely invoicing and shipment in line with confirmed delivery dates
- Production planning and close follow-up with our manufacturing partner in Latvia
- Coordinating and scheduling daily product testing at our Oslo office together with our ATS Operators
- Purchasing of materials for local assembly and packaging
- Acting as the interface towards external accounting
