Position Details
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all customers and guests arriving at the office
Answer phone calls-emails / relay messages Schedule travel arrangements when necessary
Receive and mail packages and letters Track and follow up on shipping and receiving Order material and check supplier deliveries
Manage physical archive
When necessary prepare bank payments
Support the Management with ad-hoc inquiries When needed preparation of documentation for authorities, banks etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role
Positive and and well-organized
Communication and coordination skills
Able to adhere to tight deadlines
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge of office products
