Your mission
As an
Ocean Import & Export Operations Junior (m/f/d)
, you will manage daily import and export tasks for customers in Hungary and the surrounding region. You will proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. You will also explore potential Chinese customers in Hungary and the wider region.
Operations:
Manage daily operations and follow up on end-to-end transport activities
Communicate effectively with internal departments as well as other Glovis offices and branches
Provide customer support and handle customer inquiries
ERP System Updates & Maintenance:
Perform accurate and timely daily data entries in customers ERP systems
Conduct regular status checks and data clean-ups
Process system related demands for ocean freight and inland trucking
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing Chinese customers
