Your mission
As Ocean Import & Export Operations Junior Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, which focus on executing general import and export operations for our customers in Hungary and the region. You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery, while proactively resolving issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest standard of service excellence. Operations:
Manage daily transport operations ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery
Coordinate and schedule truck transport in alignment with customer requirements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Maintain clear communication with customers and third-party logistics providers (e.g., trucking companies, ocean carriers)
Communicate effectively with internal departments and other offices and branches within GLOVIS Europe
