Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)

Role Overview

As the Occupational Health Nurse, reporting to the Safety Superintendent, you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services to employees and contractors at the Young‑Davidson Mine. You will provide first aid and primary care, manage disability and WSIB programs, support return‑to‑work planning, and lead site‑based health and wellness initiatives. The role requires sound clinical judgment, strong decision‑making, and the ability to work independently while adhering to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Emergency Response: Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses within scope of practice, provide emergency care, and coordinate follow‑up treatment for employees and contractors.
