- 8 calls per month. Call is taken from home, covers just one hospital, and only the practices patients
- Providers are never on call when in clinic
- NextGen EMR in clinic
- Latest technology including robotic surgery
- $400,000 to start, $405 in yr 2, 425 yr 3
- 15 days vacation, 5 CME days, 5 sick days
- Alternative option for an oncall only provider: 15 days of call per month; $381,000 in year 1, $393 in year 2, $406 in year 3
