Position Details
- Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 services and hybrid environments
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues and perform root cause analysis
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
- Implement security policies, DLP, retention, and compliance strategies
- Manage user accounts, licensing, and permissions
- Lead data migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs
- Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices
