Course Overview

This course will allow the Nurse Practitioner student to discuss and investigate the role of the Nurse Practitioner. The course will also focus on the issues inherent in implementing the Nurse Practitioner role.

Requirements

A Master of Nursing Nurse Practitioner degree and active registration with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick is required; current CPR-HCP (also accept BLS Healthcare providers). Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset. Relevant clinical experience with the pediatric population is preferred.
