South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to lead our Paediatric Unit at Warrnambool Campus.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the operational and clinical management of the unit, including oversight of staffing, resources, and service delivery.
