The Liver Transplantation Program at the Vancouver General Hospital is a dynamic multidisciplinary team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Coordinators, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Addiction Specialists, and Dieticians. It is one of the most rewarding fields in medicine where the team takes care of patients whose lives are transformed from living with liver failure to living with a new, functioning liver.
